1. Delivery time

The delivery time of your order will depend on the day you order. We offer delivery through Bring. We usually ship the goods the morning after you have ordered. If you have not received your order from us within 4 days after we have shipped the goods, you can contact us by email
To track your order, you can use the tracking number you have received from us by email.

2. Delivery options

We offer both collection in our stores and delivery through Bring. Collection can be ordered and picked up at Gutta på Haugen St.Hanshaugen or Nordstand. For Delivery, you can choose between Package to collection location for 159kr or Home delivery for 249kr.
With Package to Pick-up Location you can pick up your order and choose the pick-up location yourself. With Home Delivery you can have the goods delivered right to your door. The guys sell many items that should preferably be kept cool, and we send orders with cooling elements. If you choose to have your order sent to the nearest pick-up location, we recommend that you pick up the goods as soon as you are notified! We pay the shipping if you shop for 1500 kroner or more.

3. How does Gutta handle your order?

We cut the ham, cut the cheese and pack the goods the same day the order is sent. This is to ensure the highest possible quality of the goods we deliver. The package is sent in boxes with a cooling element if necessary to ensure good quality.

4. I have received a brown paper bag with the Guttas logo on it, what is this?

This is a cooling element that we send if your order contains refrigerated goods. The cooling element can be reused if you wish. If the bag has torn, we can assure you that the contents are not dangerous and will not spoil the food. If you are unsure, please contact us.

5. I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If you have not received your order, we recommend that you contact us. We are responsible for your package and we are here to help you.
If you have not received your order from us within 4 days after we have sent the goods, you can contact us by email.

6. Do you ship abroad?

No, we only ship within Norway (except Svalbard).

7. Good to know about cheese

Cheese is best stored in a cool, dark place with low humidity. Cheese should be stored cool, otherwise it will ripen too quickly. If you store cheese at home, it should be placed in the refrigerator and preferably in one of the vegetable drawers for the most stable temperature. Soft cheeses like brie need to breathe so do not store them in tight packaging. When cheese is cut, you should always store a cheese separately from other types of cheese.
You should store the cheese in cheese paper or other suitable packaging. If you have a cheese with a strong odor, it may be smart to put it in a plastic box or wrap it in aluminum foil. Remember that cheese is something that can basically last a very long time if stored correctly. When you have some experience with cheese, you can quickly find out whether the cheese has gone bad or not just by looking at and smelling the item.

8. Good to know about cured meats

It is a good idea to calculate 150-200 grams per person if you are going to share the food. This of course depends on how many side dishes the host puts out, but cured meat is a killer and you often end up using a lot of it. If you have whole pieces of cured meat, it is best to store it in a canvas bag, hanging loosely in a dark, cool and airy place.
It can also be put in the refrigerator, but do not wrap it in tight plastic as it can easily mold. Use food paper or aluminum foil. Before serving the cured meat, it is best to let it stand at room temperature for a while. And last but perhaps most important: taste it before your guests arrive to make sure it tastes amazing!

9. How does ordering catering work on Gutta.no?

Inside gutta.no there is a separate menu for catering. Here you can order catering either as a private or corporate party, and add approximately how many people you want to serve. When you have chosen the number of people, press the “Send Request” button and you will end up on our contact form. Enter your contact information, as well as what you want to order, the number of people, when you want the order delivered and other relevant information. We at Gutta will contact you and arrange the order exactly as you want!

10. How do I order gift baskets at Gutta.no?

Here you can order gift baskets either as a private individual or as a company. If you are ordering gift baskets for your employees, please order via gift baskets->company. Here you can select the number of people and then press the “Send Request” button. Enter your contact information, as well as what you want to order, the number of people, when you want the order delivered and other relevant information.
We at Gutta will contact you and arrange the order exactly as you wish. Please note that prices may vary depending on the size of the order.
